“Great spot for all your laundry and dry cleaning needs. I dropped off my laundry around 3pm, the gentleman asked if I wanted it that same evening, or in the morning. They have a great turnaround service and are very thorough with their cleaning. I forgot that my laundry bag had 2 of my work dress shirts in the mix, when I picked up my laundry, they were hung and dry cleaned. The establishment is very clean and kept up. The staff is awesome and they make sure that you feel welcomed. DC”

I know the ownership changed hands so let's hope the complaints are from the old owners. Honestly they have always been great and the tailor is fantastic too. “Andy pressed my wedding gown and my daughter's flower girl dress for very little and did a great job. When I went to pick up, he was cleaning outside on a day he is technically closed and opened only to give me the dresses. He is friendly and provides great customer service. I will bring all my dry cleaning service here from now on!”

“I recommend this place 100%.Not only is the facility well organized and easy to use, the owner and employee are absolutely amazing.The owner is incredibly fast and skilled at adjustments and alterations. She explained her professional recomm nearing, then worked with me to accomplish what I wanted. When I mentioned that I had a time restriction, she managed to complete my dress alteration in less than 2 days, 3 days sooner than she initially estimated. And the prices? Beyond reasonable.If you’re looking for a laundromat or clothing alteration, and want a business that’ll respect you and work with you, this is the place to go. 5+++ stars.”
“I highly recommend you coming here to wash and dry your clothes!!I am visiting the are and was recommended this location by a waitress at the Westville Diner. It is CLEAN and the staff (Jody and Jae) are so NICE and friendly!! They keep the place clean in between busy washing times!! I mean like actually cleaning off the tops of the washers, and scrubbing out the part where you put the detergent. I would trust them with my wash and fold if I was staying.There bathroom is clean as well. I felt safe the whole time I was there. (Went 3 times before leaving). I drove about 20 minutes to get here and passed a few places… totally worth it!”

“If I could give this guy 10 stars, I would. I’ve been living in New Haven for 5-6 years, and each time I need my laundry done, I drive to go here. The guy who runs this place isn’t only amazing at what he does, but he’s genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever been blessed to meet. His pickup/drop off service is super reliable, and great for when you don’t have the time to do your laundry! 10/10 experience each time I go here. Love this place and love the guy who runs it!”

Very clean, modern, and quiet laundry, staff is very friendly and helpful on uses of washing and drying machines made doing laundry very easy going. Forgot my detergent! they have a list and various products for your laundry needs! Free WiFi , they even have drop off service will definitely be looking into that service, but yes no complaints, def worth checking out facility !”

“Seem like the old business went out of business and there is a new owner. I was in the area for a week while looking for housing for my internship. The owner was really nice to help me out with getting my clothes ready for my first day and treated all customers very nicely. Would recommend”

“I love the location and it being coin operated. But, the outside of the machines should be deep cleaned at least twice a week. I always bring wipes and they are darken just from cleaning the handle and top of the machine. Otherwise its a great place.”

“I went very early it was spotless no workers were there and not a problem with that but if I had a problem no one would be there. I did notice quite a few dryer's with clothes left in them don't understand how people leave there things And it had to be from the day before because I got there really early like 7 AM but overall I'll go again very very clean.”
“Excellent job! I brought my shirts in because their price was really good. One shirt had an oil stain that I needed removed. The same shirt had an oil paint stain that no other dry cleaner was able to remove so I forgot about it. They were able to remove both stains! “I have been here several times in the last few weeks and this is a very barebones, hole in the wall laundromat. It is mostly clean, though probably because it's barely patronized, even during busy hours (Sunday morning) you can get your choice of machines and dryers without being surrounded by too many people. There is a large bathroom and Clorox wipes to clean surfaces with, which is awesome.Patrons mostly wear masks and the machines clean well, but they are pricy (for reference: triple loader is $5.75 and dryers are 50 cents to start (!) and then 8 minutes/quarter for the large, 12 minutes/quarter for the small), though the dryers are hot and will get your clothes dried pretty fast. Still no ATM, and it's all coin op.Subtracted a star because the attendant isn't here, you have to call Nate for him to come for any issues, no ATM and limited hours (8-8 M-Sat, and 8-9: sunday).”
