Although the agent is pleasant I find him to be completely unresponsive. I had questions about Gap coverage & other policy details & they never responded to & I cancelled my policy with them because of that and they debited my account for 2 months of coverage without my knowledge or consent. If you have questions or need a response about anything this is not the insurance agency you’d want to be with unfortunately. Completely unresponsive and no willingness to help. Very sad.
