Worst branch and customer service . I just walked out of this branch. One teller has attitude problem and other two are not willing to work probably . Didn’t pay attention to what I am asking for and messed up my transaction . When I asked for clarification , a shameless smile with sorry .Apparently Manager less branch.I am glad I bank in Fairfield branch otherwise I would close my account with this kind of dealing and leadership .

My 88 your old mother gave me papers to shred, in there were Key Bank statements. She has 28,000.00 in her account. I was shocked beyond belief to see that Key Bank is charging her 3.00 a month for a paper statement. My mother said she didn't care. But everyone can see that this is elder abuse. Ripping off old people and getting away with it.

I just got off the phone with the most incredibly rude representative I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I wish I had this mans name, although, perhaps I don't - that is how disgusted I was with his condescending tone. I have never been made to feel so (for lack of better words) d*** in my entire life. Sir, it is 9:30am. If you are that miserable that early in the morning, you need a serious life change. Will never bring my business to this branch again.

Update: 4/20/2021 Went back to branch as instructed on Saturday to close out Account. was told, I was misinformed and that fee's had to clear in order for me to move forward with this. Mind you, miss informed by the person who was rude to begin with on Saturday. so apparently they will not think twice about lying if they do not want to deal with you.

I have been using key Bank for a few years now.. I was banking with them when they were Niagara bank.. I have a great checking account which is better for me than the competition.. I am processed a.s.a.p. and always greeted.. a nice local bank unlike b.o.a. the constrictor snake or that Wells and his Fargo.. yes a great bank . Enjoy..😀😎

I went to this local branch and dealt with Shanee to open a new account and was told I would receive my new ATM card in the mail. It has been 2 weeks now and still no card. I called the 1 800 number because the local branch was already closed and I was told that there had not yet been an "order" put in for the card. How can this simple daily action not be reliably done? I am very disappointed and will probably be closing the account and going elsewhere.
