I also work with adults who have cognitive challenges and my eyes are always open to how I see others treat them. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the entire team.”

“My Gym is an excellent place to find a community of like minded parents and kids! We have been attending My Gym for 2 years now. My daughter started at age 11 months and was enrolled until we moved out of state when she was 2.5 years old. She looked forward to going every week (we attended classes 3x per week). The teachers are kid friendly and very engaging. Going to the gym throughout the week helped enhance her motor skills, strength and balance. Classes have a combination of structured and free play. You can attend as infrequently as once a week or everyday with the standard membership. I am a physical therapist and really saw the difference in her motor skills with our frequent attendance. Their curriculum helps develop social skills like sharing, taking turns, and attention span. We will miss this faculty and community when we move. If you are looking to enhance your child’s motor development, social interaction, and find a community of like minded individuals, this is the place!”
“The equipment is all smooth, seem all brand new models on cardio. The size of the gym compared to other Pfs is huge compared to East Haven and Branford that I go with my black card been, even crowded plenty of available equipment in Orange and a plus I can walk out go to Home Depot my home away from Home lol”
