Great selection of everything you can possibly think of for your pool or backyard. It is conveniently located on the Post Road with plenty of parking right in front. There was a large variety of unique patriotic items for the backyard. Overall, the store is somewhat unorganized and cluttered in specific areas. Some of the staff could also use a positive attitude refresher in dealing with the public and especially with their Customer service.

Can’t say enough about Galvin Pools, especially Truman. He’s very helpful & knowledgeable. Closed our pool as instructed last year & in perfect condition, with exception of a vacuum upon removing cover, as below. They always have the part or chem you need. If the price is higher, it’s worth it for the service you get. From pool purchase, installation, new liner & chems, we’ll continue to rely on Galvin Pools.

Great pool company Truman helped us out from beginning to the end with every detail. Very knowledgeable gentleman and was able to make purchasing a pool a real pleasure. Thanks Truman for all your great help. I would recommend Galvin Pool to everyone looking for a pool.

Very poor customer service. Once they are paid, you are on your own. They could care less about their customers. I can see from older reviews that this was the same case over many years. Clearly, they aren't going to change. There are many places to buy pools and equipment. Save yourself a lot of problems and buy from someone else! Do not hire them to install anything. They do the worst work and mine had to be redone. The salesman will tell you everything that you want to hear. The company won't back up the products or services. Once you pay, you are nothing to them!

We have had nothing but great things to say about Galvin. Truman has worked with us throughout the whole process and he could not have been any more responsive and knowledge. He helped in every aspect and also assisted us when we needed help. He was able to guide us through. We cannot rave about how great it was to work with Galvin! Kudos to Truman!

Best pool store in the area. They only sell the best products. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable and very friendly. If you are buying a new pool or need help with your old one Galvin is the place to go.
