We drove from Shelton just to go here and online it said they were open until 6. We arrived at 11:30 and there was a sign on the door that said they are at lunch until 1. An hour and a half lunch?? And apparently only 1 person working? Or everyone takes their lunch break at the same time???

I was greeted by Patricia in the Orange Ct store, she was very informative and patient with every question and decision I had. She was very though detailing everything. Derrick was also on top of the entire project and answered every question promptly.The installer team, Tom and Mike, were courteous & punctual. They did an outstanding job with the installation. The contractor, Arthur of Northern Star who performed the old cabinet removal and installation of the new cabinets did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional, and the quality of his work is excellent. We are also very pleased with thenew cabinets from Express Kitchens. They look beautiful and their quality is exceptional. Patricia Bradstreet from the Orange store was GREAT AND VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. Regarding my pickup of cabinets in Hartford, again everyone was very nice. One suggestion there is to put a doorbell or buzzer at the pickup door all the way to the right and around corner. There was only a closed garage door and I wasn't sure what to do, but I started banging really hard to get the warehouse staff's attention.

We recently ordered cabinets at Express Kitchens of Orange and had a great experience. Patti was patient and creative with our design layout, always keeping our budget in mind. We actually thought we knew what layout we were looking for, but Patti came up with a better design and we couldn't be happier.

They are a great place for a one stop shop fast and easy. The measuring and pictures of the kitchen happened so quickly however they said that they would send us an email with all the measurement information and pictures, because we paid for it, and NEVER got it. The consult with patricia was very informative, however she kept pushing us towards stuff I wasn't even interested in, and every idea I had she shot down until we had a kitchen that was just what SHE wanted and thought would look good. That me as the client didn't feel happy about. Im very displeased with the lack of collaboration they allow for the people that come in. Needless to say we went with someone else.

Express kitchens provide me with beautiful countertops when Home Depot dropped the ball. Chellie from Milford hooked me up with templating and install in 2 WEEKS! Price matched my previous countertops as well. I will definitely be using them again.
