Their printing services is really bad. They are living in the 18th century with their Kodak printers which doesn’t connect to iPhones and the service was terrible. I would not recommend this place especially for printing

Attitudes, no sense of urgency, incompetent pharmacists and staff. You get inaccurate information from their “easy to use” app, only to call and get told something completely different, and they want to act like you’re the idiot.

Don't waste your time at this pharmacy. They are extremely slow. They also have no problem letting you wait in line right before lunch, only to tell you they can't help you the moment the clock hits 130pm, because it's their lunch time.

Poorly managed. Trying to call in often takes a long time. Perhaps worse- I just waited in the drive through line for almost 30 minutes. One car in front of me, they closed the drive through at 5:45 pm on a weekday. Now everyone is inside and the line is very long.

Wow, this place needs an update and a major cleaning. The building is literally dirty. Looks like mildew growing on the walls. The place feels cramped and cluttered when you walk in. But the customer service was good at the pharmacy. Hopefully, corporate does a revamp.

Prescription not in stock last Thursday, was told to come back Saturday, go back still not in stock, they transferred it to Campbell Ave store, get there, they don't see it... go back to Orange, they don't see it now called today (Monday) .... covering pharmacist sees nothing at all from the doctor who called it in, last week, now sends a message to ask the doctor to re send it .... good thing it's not a life or death Prescription...Both pharmacies are not doing well. Long line inside the store on Campbell Ave, no drive thru today...Customer service could definitely also be improved with the communication and how to communicate effectively....

Visit CBS today at 279 Boston Post Rd in West Haven, CT... in order to claim some photos.The mess on the counter where the cashier is and especially the photography section is impressive, this is embarrassing for a company like CBS.Thank you.
