Absolutely no patient concern. Waited a week for diabetes meds. Finally called on Saturday ( literally running out) to be told wrong diagnosis on the script and I would have to wait till Monday. I have been getting the same meds from this pharmacy for 15 years. Asked if they couldn't use the same diagnoses that was used the last time. No and basically nothing could be done until they contacted the doctor..No patient compassion...I will be looking into another pharmacy .

Went to pickup a prescription at 9:00am Sat., pharmacy opens at 9.At 9:15 I inquired and was told the pharmacist did not show up. They were trying to contact someone. At 9:30 they were still not open and did not know if they would. I was told it happens frequently. This is absolutely unacceptable. People rely on pharmacy's for their medication. Elderly have to arrange for transportation to and from, and there is NO excuse for not being reliable. People need to be held accountable. I strongly urge people NOT to utilize or rely on this pharmacy.

While I cannot comment about the pharmacy,Fransisco at the front is great at helping you out with any photo needs you have. He was very polite and explained how to use the photo imager which was a bit confusing.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy CVS location in the United States. The employees literally make things up. They claim they have certain return policies, when in fact they didn't. In addition they double billed your FSA cards fattening their wallets and screwing over customers. Steer clear of using the Orange CT CVS unless you want to get ripped off.

The pharmacist and staff seem very harried and are working in a very intense place. No complaints about them at all. They deserve five stars. But it seems their corporate influence is very greedy and overreaching in their approach. They have texted me a bunch of times, even I tell them I do not wish to be communicated in this way. Once a staffer called and asked if I wish to change a certain Rx to another brand. When did she get her medical degree??? Also, if you have a costly Rx they will hound you to put it on automatic refill. Have told them NOT to do this, but staff say its from corporate. Greedy, greedy, greedy. Is the CFO in charge?
