Where do I begin? This place used to be fantastic years ago, with a fantastic selection of clothes that were for the most part in prestige condition, prices were reasonable but somewhere it began to declined/go down the hill. Prices are outrageous, is disorganized & it looks more like a thrift store than a consignment. Very disappointing.

The employees in the front have a bad attitude, the selection of inventory isn’t great, and expensive for what it is.

Not worth it. You get about 20% of what your clothes sell for. Plus they didn't return all the clothes that didn't sell

Was here earlier today and watched one of the employees sitting on the couch playing on her phone while the other employee was working and helping guests, seems like every time I come here I see the same employee doing nothing while the others bust their humps. I'm guessing she's related to the boss or something because how she hasn't been fired yet is beyond me. Just to clarify it's the skinny young lady with the dirty blonde hair. Her attitude stinks and it's infuriating to see her goofing off while her coworkers are actually working

Have had several fantastic finds here. There are often sales and I love the date system that has been implemented that reduces the price of items over time.

I've stopped in twice with perfectly good items and they accepted only one item! Then I look at the clothes on the racks and I wouldn't buy any of it...not impressed. No rhyme or reason as far as what they accept. Not happy at all with my consigning experience here.

This business is not closed, it just moved to the Milford Crossing shopping center. That being said, this place is WAY overpriced. I usually don't buy "vintage" or "used" clothing (no judgement, it's just not my thing) and now I understand why. Everything is so overpriced I may as well go next door to Marshall's and buy brand new. I was perusing the "designer" rack and I saw a pair of Rachel Zoe slacks for around 22.00. I went next door and purchased a brand new pair of Rachel Zoe slacks for $24.99. I just don't get it.

I decided to put a few luxury items into consignment with this location as it was my first time and unfortunately 2 of my items were incorrectly priced out which would have resulted in me losing over 200 dollars. But thanks to the store manager jackie. She immediately intervened and rectified the situation the same day. Jackie was very professional and went above and beyond to handle the situation. I can without a doubt highly recommend this location for all your consignment needs and if you were to have an issue of any kind make sure to contact the store manager jackie as she will make sure your experience goes smoothly. The store could have easily said oh well mistakes happen not our problem. As im sure some places will definitely do but not jackie she made sure that this problem was handled right away. I look forward to continuing business with this store as my experience was a great one at the end.

I am writing a review as a consigner. I have been bringing my items in for many years with no issues. Last week I stopped in and experienced a very rude staff member. I did not have an appointment and I didn’t mind waiting. When my turn came I was asked to step up to the counter with my items. I was looking for my card when suddenly the young woman at the counter asked a lady who happened to walk in if she had an appointment upon which without any word I was dismissed and the lady with an appointment was asked to take my spot.Again I don’t have issues with waiting but the rude, dismissive attitude from the young staffer was enough for me to abruptly leave the store. I asked for a reimbursement and won’t be coming back.

prices are incredibly disappointing, can’t say I see this location lasting long. Not a single item under $20 … ruins the excitement/logic of buying second hand clothing. Don’t waste your time.
