Excellent store. Young lady (Tatiana J) she told me name when I entered but slip my mind. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I also found chair I really like and can’t wait for delivery Thursday!

It was a very quick an easy process, we were looking for a recliner. We were greeted by Caroline who quickly pointed us in the right direction. She was able to answer all of our questions. Very unsatisfied with my experience with Bobs (not this location.) placed my order online, got a confirmation email, the money came out of my account, only to be told that my order wasn’t legit, and that there was a mistake. I was told by the customer service agent who was amazing to go in and have them push the order though. I went to the Bridgeport location where my order was cancelled and I was Told to go back online and reorder. Not a happy customer

Placed order yesterday. Loved my sales associate. Didn't enjoy pushy store manager lady trying to tack on service/warranty package. Hopefully furniture will be delivered as promised and in good condition.

Recently ordered a complete dining room set plus a mattress and box spring from Bob's. I'm pleasantly surprised about the quality of their furniture as well as the fact that it's so up-to-date and modern. Very nice experience

Was greeted at the door by an employee who asked what I was looking for, and I told her a new couch. After she showed me a few options I told her I'd prefer to just look around the store myself. She followed me around the store the entire time I was in there no matter where I went. She even waited for me outside of the bathroom door while I was in there. It made me extremely uncomfortable, and I think being followed like that was completely unnecessary. If I wanted help, I would ask for it. I walked out without actually looking at anything because of how uncomfortable I felt with her lurking behind me the entire time.
