It's an absolute joke that CT customers are paying some of the highest rates in the country to UI, which is a subsidiary of Avangrid, which is a subsidiary of Iberdrola. Iberdrola is a $58 Billion Spanish multinational company! Sad that countless investors are making money off the backs of CT's hard working residents. Oh, and did I mention some of the least competent/efficient customer service I've ever experienced.

Worst company. Terrible customer service, glitchy website (the old and the new), miserable infrastructure, and they've repeatedly billed for service they haven't provided.
