I was initially impressed by the seamless ordering process, but everything went downhill from there. This store is only interested in making sales and taking your money, with no regard for customer service. They barely answer the phone and lie about delivery times. I was promised my order in 2-4 weeks but ended up waiting around for the scheduled delivery that never happened. There was absolutely no updates unless I constantly called and harassed. Their complete disregard for keeping customers informed is infuriating. Expect to waste your time and be left in the dark.

They were quick to sell me a bedroom set but, 3 1/2 weeks after sleeping on the floor I tried to call them and ask what is going on with the delivery and their phone doesn't work. I called and emailed the man who sold the set to me and 3 days pass I still haven't heard anything. You bet I canceled my order. By email of course. I'm not sure if anyone got it but, not a good experience AT ALL

Terrible manager
Was very rude and little help. We literally had to bring out the bed. As we were leaving we noticed something we could possibly place the bed on for smoother transfering. The question is why not offer it to us? Why was she so hostile and upset? I felt she was being racist by the way she approached me when she came to open the door when we got there...her face was full of disgust. Never again!!! Go to metro mattress across the street or ANYWHERE else.

My daughter needed a bed! As soon as we walked in Ms. J set the tone immediately. She wasn't pushy, she showed us many options and worked with our budget. My daughter is very happy with her new bed! Thank you, Ms. J for a wonderful experience!!
