Aamco Guys- front desk and mechanics (Orange, CT)They are thee best team I have ever came in contact with. They keep you updated, the mechanic comes out and tells you what's going on and answers any questions you have straight forward. They fix your vehicle without making more problems to your car. They find the problem, bring it to you, and fix the problem.This team of guys works great together with very much respect for each other, very professional, and caring for your vehicle and customer. Great job guys! Keep up the great work you do with a smile on your faces.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Oh yeah they do a full diagnostic check of your vehicle for FREE. What shop do you know that does that kind of treatment?

In my experience with businesses such as Aamco and others that I won’t name I have found Keenan to be one of the most effective and efficient and most professional managers I’ve come across with these companies and I would highly recommend any of my friends to Aamco in Orange and make sure that you ask for Keenan..

Scheduled and AAMCO go appointment and got a conformation email, text and everything along with a phone a complete profile of the technician who was going to help me with my appointment. I waited for two and a half hours after my appointment window ended to call and have the guy tell me that the AAMCO GO service isn’t available anymore at the Orange CT location. Zero transparency in their business practices and no follow up on my appointment what so ever. Two thumbs down

Customer Service in store is great but I have difficulty contacting them during business hours as I replaced a transmission and less than 1000 miles later it’s not even working right. Car slips out of 3rd gear a lot and won’t go up and reverse gear is giving issues as well. Thank god for that warranty so I’m not too concerned but I use this car for work and I travel a lot so I would expect better service.

I had my vehicle towed here when its battery failed. The staff were courteous and I appreciated the free diagnostic testing. However, the costs I paid for a simple battery replacement all but ate up the savings. I was sold seemingly the most expensive battery on the market, not to mention being charged for what seemed like much more labor than is required to replace a battery. I called PepBoys across the street for an estimate and their estimate was ~$200 less. When I told the Aamco associate this and expressed confusion regarding the price difference he replied with something to the effect of "well we're not the cheapest in town" or "people don't come to us for the good price." I ended up getting it fixed there because it was more hassle and cost that it was worth to tow my car across the street and wait for the battery to come in stock. But I will not return to Aamco in the future and encourage anyone who can do so to price-compare against other shops.

My SUV is there now and I've had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Keenan. He's professional, courteous, kind and even funny. Which is great when you got car troubles. Need a little humor there. Great smile too! He's been prompt on returning calls and I'm sure I'll be happy when the work is done. Good vibe there!

Steph came to take a look to see if there was a quick fix before towing my truck in. While the truck was not repairable during this visit, and I will be taking it to their shop, I can't express enough how nice of a guy Steph was and how comfortable I am letting Aamco do the work. You can't make a better 1st impression than he did.Service: Transmission

Such great service all around. Steph (very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me better understand the system better as a whole) originally came to my house to diagnose my transmission, and concluded it was slipping/needed to be replaced which is what I had thought. It's under a specific recall and in the last year of an extended warranty with Honda so I took it to them and they said it was fine.. I intuitively knew it wasn't. Took my car back to AAMCO for a complimentary AC diagnostic (bc that went out too!) and asked them if they could check the transmission fluid or anything else transmission related that I could show Honda now that it was in their shop. Keenan (who was my contact point thru all of this and an amazing / friendly guy!) called the next day saying they had found metal filings in my transmission fluid - specific to the Honda recall! I'm so annoyed at Honda, but so so happy with AAMCO. Thank you all!
