“I am very happy to give a five star review so far in the process which is basically just from our visit. First I'll share that my husband HATES shopping, and really HATES pushy salespeople, but does have an opinion on what type of chair and couch he sits on, so I needed him to accompany me on this trip. We'd been to other furniture stores in the past where we were attacked by salespeople upon entering the store. This is such a turnoff to him. But here were greeted as we walked in the door and given an opportunity to walk around by ourselves with someone later asking if we needed any help. Donna was so helpful and friendly to deal with. We narrowed down the chairs right away and she helped us with the couches and fabrics. I had brought a pillow with me that had the fabric of the window treatments in the room that we were keeping so we needed to coordinate fabrics to go with it. She was great with that. She allowed us to take the fabrics home with us to see how they looked in the room. She wrote up a quote for us as well. Not pushy at all!! Upon my second visit we needed a slightly different shade for one fabric and then we ordered. Pretty seamless. The new location in Clinton is beautifully done.
