This is the 2nd time when we had to call for emergency service and Dwyer showed up within the hour and got us sorted. So appreciate the fast and kind service.

I had a problem with my furnace and called in for a service call. It was a few minutes after 5 o'clock and I got an answering machine. I left a message and asked for a call. A few minutes later the phone rang and a man introduced himself as Eric from Dwyer. I begin to explain my problem only to be rudely interrupted and I was told to call someone else because I had not bought oil from them in some time and he hung up. Very very rude and unprofessional. I can't post less than one star so that's the lowest I can go. Eric is the head of the service department.

These guys let our 70 year old tenant run out of oil twice. Once on Christmas Eve and then again a month later. When asked to come and get the furnace running again (needed to be primed), they refused to come back to the house and cancelled her contract. This all came with a battery of swears and several phone hang ups. They left a 70 year old woman without heat. I have never in my entire life dealt with such a horrible company. Unforgiveable.
