my son and i both joined and have been training for the past three months (adult class & kids class). the only regret i have is not starting sooner. andy, his coaches and all the students could not be more welcoming in the start of an incredible journey.

This is a clean well run gym. The trainers are experienced, knowledgeable, and the classes challenge me each time. It is a great group to work with.

Aside from people training jiujitsu for self-defense, fitness, and overall wellness, the popularity of sport BJJ competitions has taken off as well. Here at Renzo Gracie Shoreline Academy in Old Saybrook we offer authentic BJJ classes five days a week for adults as well as kids ages 5 and up.
