Iam very pleased with pro performance and the work that they do. Both Lou and Chelsea are very professional,willing to work with you in keeping your vehicle on the road and safe. Lou is a great mechanic and takes the time to explain what is being done answering any questions you may have. Chelsea does a fantastic job with paper work and I love the fact that a estimate of work to be done is always available .Pro Performance is a great garage reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Pro Performance of Old Saybrook!

My car started making a horrible racket and I pulled into the closest place I could find. Thank goodness it was this place! Lou was super nice and transparent about pricing and what needed to be done. He also gave me great advice for what I could do in the future to better maintain my car. Definitely coming back! I went for an oil leak. Quick in and out in less than an hour. Good pricing and fixed what was needed with minimal costs. He’s nice and honest and it’s a relief to finally find a mechanic who you can trust.
