Bought an Elevated Toilet Seat, (which cost $65.50) and brought is home. Took it out of the box, but not out of the plastic wrapping. Set it on top of the toilet seat (still in the plastic) and it did not fit. Never took any parts or clamps out of the plastic. We decided to return it because it is brand new and we are unable to use it. When my husband went to return it, they refuse to take it back, even though it was clearly not used and in perfect condition. We will never go back to this place and BUYER BEWARE!!!

I will never shop there again I've never ever had people so rude in my life they told me if I didn't like it shop somewhere else I waited for a week and a half to get my boot I still didn't get it

WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! Bought a blood pressure monitor that did not work properly. Apparently needs calibration. Brought it to my doctor's office for assistance and accuracy verification. Readings are wildly off. Went back to the store to explain this and asked for a refund. Rude woman snapped back and told me to have MY DOCTOR calibrate it so it worked correctly and, of course, no refund without a receipt. Selling "new" equipment that doesn't work out of the box...hmmm

When I came in they were very busy. Even though I had to wait for help I have to say the man who eventually helped me apologized for my wait and was very pleasant even though I was a bit difficult at first. He gave me a business card and let me know if I call ahead of time they can have things ready. Wasn’t expecting them to take ownership of having to wait but he did! Good job!!

My mother shopped there today.The three employees behind the counter ignored her.They were rude and not helpful.The supplies are expensive. She will never shop there again

The young man that helped me went above and beyond to help me. I wasn’t certain what I was looking for. He was very patient and understanding and I never felt rushed. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends because of my experience.

I hesitantly came here asking about information on something my son needs. All I dealt with were 3 rude, grouchy old ladies. One of them had her back turned to me as she interrupted and shouted out a question. Not to mention they wouldn't take the insurance that I had. Been here a while ago and was met with the same stale air attitude. Will never come back. These ladies have no etiquette.

NOTHING can be returned or exchanged, which they do not tell you beforehand. But they were quick to point out the “No returns on personal care items” on their receipt when I tried to return an unused item still in its original packaging. Everything they sell is a “personal care item” so they should say up front NOTHING IS RETURNABLE. To make it worse, the saleswoman was practically smug about pointing this out: “It’s right there on the receipt.”.Because of their policy and their attitude I will NEVER shop here again. There are other options, like Down-Towne Medical Equipment in Branford. MUCH better service!
