I hadn't been to the store in ages. I needed a few things so stopped by & was helped by various members of the staff to help with checking my cc, finding items, & going through the checkout. The store is really beautiful; departments seemed larger than in the past, merchandise was varied & fashionable, prices were amazing. I needed more time but was in a rush. I'll be back so I can better appreciate the range of items & just enjoy the process. A terrific store. And the people working there were beyond helpful & simply very nice. An unexpected lovely experience. Thank you Kohl's!!

If you still enjoy going to a store to shop, then please go to Kohls. The Old Saybrook store is clean and well organized. For me, I find it helpful to try on clothes, and feel the material, before I purchase. They have good prices and plenty of options.

I’m very upset by how poorly the store manager decides to handle this situation, Racial discrimination against my mother and myself is NOT acceptable. Not to anyone else that comes across that specific manager.
