We had a Great experience. It was easy to setup an appointment at the date and time that was convenient for us. The staff is friendly and polite. Our tax specialist was Maryann and she was wonderful. She was very helpful, professional, caring and got us back more than we expected. She really knows her stuff and friendly. She gave us tips for next year and we will definitely go back next year. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Great experience. Thank you Maryann!!

I went to H & R for yrs n yrs until my disability, but every yr their price got higher and higher. Well my daughter who is a single mom who works so hard has been going to them and this year was the last straw she was there for about 15-20 mins. And the cost was $558.00 Unbelievable!! For people to just put in numbers into a program that computes everything for them its Disgusting! She then writes a review and someone calls her and tells her they are going to take off $80. - the next time she comes in she already told them shes not coming back why cant they take it off now and she said they couldnt hows that for ripping people off!!

I Love Old Saybrook, CT H&R Block. I use Van. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him highly. The staff is also very helpful on the phone and in person. Overall a great place to do your taxes!!
