“This gym is the best! Joe, Kati and the entire staff are knowledgeable about fitness and they are dedicated to the community. October has been quite a month for the Iron House Fitness. They sponsored "IHF Moves 4 Autism", where members and local athletes participated in different events (run/bike/run duathlon, lift-off, fun run, thruster/run). All proceeds were donated to the Mayer Center at Middlesex Hospital and The Nest in Deep River. Both support or employ children and adults with autism. Then there was a motivational competition for all members. You just needed to show up for classes to participate - easy!! I love my gym community! I have made great friends while maintaining my physical health. If you're looking for a great gym, this is the place!”

The couple who owns it are friendly, kind and always there to help when I have needed them. They also have a great knowledge about workouts and do a amazing job training. I would recommend anyone to give Anytime Fitness in Old Saybrook a try!”

“Super friendly staff. Worked out here while traveling for a concert.Bought some tshirts after our workout and the kind staff member called us 5 minutes after we left and said she gave us the wrong size shirt.Equipment is solid and good size space for a successful workout.Def recommend.”
