Recently leased a 2023 rogue and my experience was pleasant. The saleswoman who helped me and my wife was terrific. This is the 2nd car I bought from Grossman Nissan and it won't be my last.

Recently bought a used vehicle. Sales department was great. They listened to my needs made sure they did what they could to get what I needed. I noticed shortly after my purchase that there was a problem and I brought it to the service center. I was told that they couldn’t find the issue and no codes popped up on the diagnostic tester. They suggested that I wait till the check engine light comes on to bring it back. About a week later I noticed the issue was getting worse. They told me to bring it in. They kept it a week without even looking at it and then decided at that time they had to send it to a different dealership that specialized in the make of the car. The issue was identified and took another week to be fixed. No mechanic, but I had a general idea as to what could have been wrong and I was right. And it was not specific to the make of my car. I was initially upset that they told me to drop off the car and it took so long for them to even look at it. Secondly my confidence in their knowledge is now next to none. I was told that the vehicle goes through a thorough inspection before it is sold. This issue should have been identified and fixed before it got on the lot. I am still experiencing a different issue, that again, should have been taken care of before the purchase. I am still within the 60 day warranty period, but I do not feel confident in their service and attention and therefore feel like I have to bring it elsewhere. Very disappointed!

Sales people were excellent during the process of buying the car, however was not prepped to my satisfaction. The process of waxing and protective coating did not seem that professioal. When I went home I went over the car and it shines like it should have at the dealer. I have not been to service yet but they seem like a nice group. As mentioned, I did like the sales process.
