If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I called them about a car and from the beginning I told them that I already had a bank loan approved to buy the car. During the negotiation we reached an agreed price. And from the beginning they tried to get me to accept financing with them. They throw a lot of things into the price of the car without asking you if you want it or not. Like a $1000 paint warranty for 10 years and other things. I said I didn't want it. The salesman got up, went to the manager and came back with two sheets of paper and tried to throw in the $1000 again. I told him again that I didn't want it. He got up again to talk to the manager and came back and told me that if I didn't finance the car with them, they wouldn't do the deal. They were forcing me to finance the car with them to close the deal. This is ridiculous. Be careful with these salesmen. I forgot the salesman's name but he was a bald guy in his 60s.

We had an all around great, smooth experience for my fiancé, who was buying the car. Chris Murphy, our salesman, was excellent and very nice. He answered every question graciously and to the best of his knowledge. We got to meet the manager as well, who was very pleasant. Rare to find honest salesmen these days!
