I'd like to shop here more bcs I like the products, but I did notice a frozen raos cheese pizza that they sell for $16.29, is sold for $10.99 at big y. That's an extra 48.2%!

Foodworks has always been one of my favorite places to buy organic food and organic products. They have a vast assortment of both and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Keep up the good work guys, I definitely will be back. ?

Excellent quality produce and good vegetarian and gluten free options. Supplies of bread and some cheeses are a little unpredictable from day to day, hence 4/5. But a great resource. Staff friendly and helpful.

This is the bigger of the two Foodworks in the shoreline area. The other is in Guilford. More choices, well stocked, more prepared foods, helpful employees, and very clean. I had an organic, 16oz. fruit smoothie for $7.00. I added 3 more ingredients at $1 each to make it $10. Ice cold, thick, satisfying, and delicious. The smoothies, juices, and prepared foods are tucked away in the back and betting not as many people know about it, that should, if into healthy food. The other items looked just as delicious. I would highly recommend Food Works in Old Saybrook for a fairly priced, organic, satisfying smoothie.

Came here for the first time after reading reviews. The place reminds me of a Whole Foods but more local. Though there's not as great a selection as a Whole Foods it nonetheless is a really nice spot to stop in and check out if you haven't done so already.Fortunately the store is so close to my work I may be popping in more often as this seems to be one of few places with a wide vegan selection so close to where I am.
