This CVS pharmacy is very busy and short of help, but the staff does the best they can. The pharmacy staff is uncommonly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with personal care. The Minute Clinic is also highly recommended, with kind and helpful staff. Overall, the team addresses people's needs well, creating positive and joyous experiences for customers, who report being satisfied with the service.

The pharmacy has a lot to do in order to build a better reputation and relationships for customers and patients. The pharmacy technician who helped me yesterday was nothing short of disrespectful towards customers. She shouldn’t be allowed to deal with people.

Just went to dr up pharmacy and the guy that waited on us was so rude! Kept interrupting us and had a really bad attitude. His name is Jason, going to call corporate. At my business if anyone ever behaved like him they were fired. Old Saybrook.
