This place is terrible the card machines on the pumps never work properly no matter what card you use and they turned me away because they never have change for any larger bills gas prices are good but the frustration is not worth it

Out of unleaded gas, if your in need for gas then you have to get super premium unleaded which costs an 1.50 extra

Pumps were extremely slow. Pump #2 never shut off and started pissing gas all over my car and the floor. Walked in to tell Rose and was told it’s because of the heat, which is a false statement and is likely due to filters needing to be replaced which caused the return sensors to malfunction. Wasn’t offered any kind of compensation—which is fine, but super annoying overall.

The female cashier thought I was lying about the Citgo discount on the gas app. She treated me like a criminal until I showed the sign posted on the citgo gasoline station property. She didn't apologize and I suggested she should cover up the sign until further notice. Omg, the worse customer service. The managers needs to manage the store and stop having family members run the place. Geez!

Train your employees to understand that the customer has other options on where they spend their hard earned dollars...Less indifference (say hello, make eye contact, at least be polite) to those who choose to spend it at your store.

This is a very nice stop.. I was greated immediately as I entered.. The shop is a bit small but very very nice.. All the products were fronted and it has a New England appeal. The prices of their gas is the best in town.. The average review is a 2 star which is extremely unfair.. This is a 5

They close their pumps at certain times. I get not accepting cash because they’re not 24 hour, but they’re on a main road and right off of the highway, they should accept card all night. Staff is rude, and sometimes pumps just don’t work.

The woman at night is rude. Just assumes you can "see" the button outside the shop. Wouldn't recommend.

Paid in cash and they tried to charge me the credit price. I was the only one there, so it wasn't an oversight because they were busy. Beware.
