Worst big y ever!! Beware of sale items it means that the items are already in a process of decomposition. I do not mind to pay more, but the quality at this particular branch is simply unacceptable. Fast checkout is always higher than the offers in the store (double check prices at checkout) customer service very very low this people should get some training to deal with customers. I prefer to drive a little longer and go to stop and shop instead. What a shame after using big y for many years i been forced to shop elsewhere.

Stopped in as there was traffic on our normal route so we had to take a detour and new the store would be on our way home. Nice store similar to all the others. We especially love bakery items, and have found their vegetables just seem more fresh and desirable than other grocery stores we have been to.

I usually shop in Deep River but stopped at Big Y in Oldsaybrook. This store is great from prices, service and what a selection.BEST ON THE SHORELINE, CHECK IT OUT, YOU WILL SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.
