Absolutely the WORST> It takes hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and after you've waited and pressed 4 over and over and over again, it disconnects you. Its happened several times. Ridiculous.

Made an appointment which started on time and the service was professional and personable. Jo and Jon the branch manager were knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely a positive experience.

During the pandemic when only providing drive thru services, they have only opened one lane for everyone to do banking. Makes no sense
