Products are designed to fail and customer support is awful. I spent 200 dollars, had them sent into repairs twice. Tried to return a third time but it's now passed warranty. Avoid this trash brand.

Purchased a new Momentum Model M3AEBTXL from an authorized dealer. Headphones arrived dead on arrival. Would not charge. Sent them for warranty repair to Sennheiser/Sonova which is sole service center with bill of sale. A week later Sonova returns a REFURBURSHED DIFFERENT INFERIOR MODEL to the headphones I shipped them with no explanation of documentation. Phone calls and emails to Sonova have gone unreturned. I will never purchase Sennheiser again due to this horrendous customer service

Very lazy rma department. No communication just sent my defective device back unfixed, with still a year warranty left. If they had questions on date of purchase ext, They could have just emailed, Otherwise why bother filliing out the service request form to begin with. But absolutely No communication from them. Even when I voiced my discrepancies with them. Literally wasted my time and money to ship to them.

I've purchased a pair of momentum over ear headphones that were $350 only to watch the fabric on them flake off like cheap headphones. Sure they sound great, but have become trash because Sennheiser stopped making replacement parts. Just another example of companies making things poorly then not supporting them in the hopes you'll replace them.Guess I'll be shopping other brands in the future.

The absolute worst customer service. I have called three times requesting a tracking number, they cannot give me one, and, they cannot give me any cancellation. They have my money, they have not provided a product, and then cannot give me any information. I keep getting information that I will have a response but I do not have one 2 weeks later. I’ve contacted Digital River three times, they tell me they cannot provide the tracking number or a cancellation.

Have a wonderful pair of HD 650 headphones that I love but that had an issue with an adapter + later with the headband. As an audiophile, I do my best to take care of my gear, but it can also go through rigorous use. During both occasions when I reached out to Sennheiser (to address the adapter issue + later a headband issue on the headphones -- with everything still under warranty), they delivered in a major way. I received the new adapter in the following business days and was also able to return my pair of headphones (that had gotten stuck, hence the headband issue) back to their repair repair center, it appears that they sent me a pair of like-new headphones that function perfectly. All of my correspondence (whether electronic or phone calls) has been crisp + their response has been extra helpful. Bravo Sennheiser for your world-class products & service.

I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased ear buds, didn't like them and I had to pay for my own shipping back. On top of thst, been 4 weeks and no refund. Called support and they are useless. Like a answering service, they create a ticket thst goes overseas for them to research. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Be warned, stay way. Support alone is the worst.

While the products Sennheiser has are fantastic quality, their customer service is so horrible that it is not worth it. I ordered a pair of headphones with 2-day shipping, and weeks later I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation or tracking information. I contacted their customer service twice, both times they were unable to tell me when or if my order would ship, and refused to cancel or refund the order. I now have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.

Good luck getting any money back for returns from these folks - I cannot get my money for over a month now, even PayPal dispute didn't work. They can just steal your money - simple as that.

I have been a long-time loyal customer of over 15 years, and I do not typically write something like this. It is so bad that I feel like it has to be shared to everyone who considers buying a Sennheiser product because they will not have your back and won't value you as a customer. One of the customer service/warranty service manager, Sarah B**** pretended like she was going to rectify my problem by having me ship my ***** into the repair depot when I mentioned quality degradation of recent products (like this pair and their momentum true wireless buds) in contrast with their older, more robust and better designed, products like ****** or other headphones that I had own over the years. However, weeks after my headphones arrived into the depot, no one contacted me. After hearing nothing from them, I had tried to reach out to Sarah, but she started to ignore my emails and did not call back. I found out that they tried to charge me $300 for replacing PADS. It is a joke because headband pad cost $15 and earpads are around $50. The quote from the their repair site($250), which was also ridiculous, was actually less. Also, this whole shipping to the depot sounded like they were gonna take care of it, but it was a coy to get you to pay almost of half of the value of the headphone for consumable parts. Even if they were consumable parts, they should have not degraded the way they did. Since Sarah decided to drop the ball and did nothing, I escalated this to Michael L****** He then tried to charge me $156 for parts, said no tech time, which was also ridiculous because I knew how much these parts cost. Also, he did nothing to the fact that their service manager ignored a customer contact over and over again. They have wasted my time, cost me frustration and did nothing but shipped the headphones back the way it was. Be warn of their poor management and customer service.

Ordered a headset over two weeks ago. Order is still pending in the system Customer service desk is a different company so they are worthless. They have sent requests several time to distribution center but no response. ****** ships in a day. These guys ... who knows. Plus they won’t cancel your order. So I had my credit card company take care of cancelling. Absolutely unacceptable. Headsets are fine (have a previous version) but will never get one again given this painful experience.
