“Extremely satisfied with the top notch service and attention that my brand new 2023 vehicle received while being repaired at Ray’s! The team went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. Mike and his team are elite, efficient and knowledgeable. Mike advocated for me with my insurance to make sure my 6 month old Subaru did not get aftermarket parts fighting for what was right. I was kept updated throughout the repair process, all questions were answered, and the vehicle repairs were completed 4 days sooner than expected. When we picked up our vehicle it literally looked better than when we had purchased it brand new off the lot (inside and out) - we are so thankful! They literally rebuilt the front end!! I would definitely recommend this shop if auto body repairs are needed. If ever needed again we know this is where we will go! “I was in desperate need for a car looking for probably a month or 2 but a lot of dealerships were charging crazy amount per month (finance) in locations around the area within a 20 miles radius. I was on CarGurus one time and seen a car that I liked, called the place up and I said I wanted put a “down deposit like right now” to the guy on the phone who was Marc (the owner) very respectful and cool guy. Told him I wanted that specific car before someone takes it and just told me to fill out the application and called me back within an hour and told me the next steps and that same day… I went to go put half of the deposit down. He took his time looked around for an affordable deal for me and within a couple hours. Told me step by step on what to do, told me about how interest rates work and also talked about credit cards/banks work on the test drive because he knew I was young and buying my first car. I told him my financial situation because I’m not going to lie I’m in a bit of credit card debt and we talked a little about life and financial tips. But regardless humble guy and got business done asap. Whenever you go ask for Marc. Trust me, keep it real with him and he’ll keep it real with you. This is just my opinion. 5 stars.”

I have a story to tell you about how honest Williamson Auto Electric is. A few months ago I needed my fuel pump replaced on my rav4 so my mechanic (All Tech Auto) sent it to Williamson and they replaced it I don't remember exactly how much it costed. Recently, I got stuck on the side of the highway and had another problem with my car so my mechanic (All Tech Auto) sent it to Williamson again to have it further checked out. It turns out that the fuel pump that they had replaced a few months ago was faulty so they replaced it for free at no charge. That is how honest they are that they or my mechanic could have made something up and charged me 1000 dollars and said they fixed something and I don't know cars I would've just paid it but no they were so honest that they replaced it at no charge.
Not all mechanics are this honest. I highly recommend them.”

“Paul deff got the job done! Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas! He will deff treat u like a person n not brush u off ! He even sent pics to show me!”

“Where do I start ...had discovered and used their services couple times before ..and was ..amazed at how patient helpful .. genuinely nice ..every person I talked with ..owner ..mechanic ..office manager ...their goal ..was so...inline with my goals...get and keep my car on the road ...by providing timely ..quality repairs and maintenance at a fair competitive price ...on that note ..some of their prices ..seemed to be ..? Let's say ...mirroring my budget ..which at the time ..was ...I needed as much quality help ..for the best price possible ..and they delivered in spades ...I was so happy ...example : one of my relatively new Michelin tires was causing me grief ..very slow leek ..had to add air every 24 hours ...went to other mechanic ..who installed for say 20 bucks ..they checked again and charged me another 20 bucks ..ugg ..I go to Prospect Auto ..bam ..probably solved ..closer to 15. No more low air notice ...priceless ...So why would I or anyone else ...But I erred ...and do to ..low finances ..tried to ..save a few pennies and have backyard mechanic ..mobile mechanic ..Install parts I got pretty cheap online ..WRONG...they didn't show up ... arbitrary prices ..Then ...left car almost un towable due to front axle ..off ..wheel and rim off...Embarrassed by my ..penny wise and dollar foolish ..strategy I called Prospect Auto ...Quickly ... professionally ..they miraculously towed my car ..and again exceeded all my expectations ...so nice to find a business who knows their business ..and appreciates their customers ...even if they don't have unlimited cash :)Services: Oil change”

“My rental car was towed here, 2nd day I went to their yard I was greeted by a lady named Teresa who helped navigate the process to how to release the rental to Hertz, There were bunch of customers were disrespectful however this lady was patient and didn't lose her temper and turned out to be the owner of this place, seeing here cleaning the parking lot and being supportive to her workers and drivers I was amazed I haven't seen that for a while in many places, This small business native to Greater Waterbury needs to be supported I highly recommend them Thanks Teresa!”

“I was stuck in my vintage Mercedes in park on Sunday in Bethlehem. I tried calling an other towing co but they had me waiting for 2 hours. I call myhoopy and he dropped what he was doing at 4 pm on Sunday and got there in 20 min. He discovered with our car stuck in park he didn't want to drag it and use a dolly system instead not wanting to take any chance of ruing my car. He then was so kind to drive my wife and me home in Woodbury as a courtesy . In the early morning he picked up my car as promised sent pics and didn't even have payment. I dropped it off later. If you ever need a tow he is the only one to use. The others come from all over the Stste. They are right in Oakville and they are first class and keep their word. Highly recommended !”
