My favorite part of natures art is Brandon. He answers any and all of my child like excited questions with equal enthusiasm, can't beat that. His insight makes me insightful, and in a room full of fossils and organic specimens the outcome is limitless. Never knowing what I'll walk out with is that literal "kid-in-a-candy-store" feeling. However, their prices do reflect the excitement of the place. Thousand year old items don't come cost effectively, but sometimes they do! My latest score was a pair of meteorite ear rings for $25 and a calcite clam chunk for $12!If you can stay out of the tourist trap items, this place is a honey hole. I could wander around all day, albeit half of it conversing with Brandon about what I have found lol. Always a great time, and I will definitely be back. Summer is good for mini golf and splash pad for the kids. They have ice cream that I never sprang for because I couldn't justify the cost(i.e:tourist trap).

Wow! I visited this shop as a child and was pleased to see how much this awesome business has grown over the years. My 5 year old (kindergarten aged) son really enjoyed the gold mining and gemstone cave digging experiences. The combination deal was a great value for a chilly winter afternoon. The facility was clean, modern, and updated. The space was unique, special and very cool. A great for any age--but especially inspiring for young children interested in science. While the facility itself and its mission was neat, the best part of the overall experience was the staff. David "Davey" was an absolute gem (no pun intended) from the moment we walked in. Davey's kindness, patience, knowledge, friendliness, and enthusiasm for working with children were radiant. It was really refreshing to meet someone with such a positive attitude who was ready to share their joy with a young (future) geologist! For this reason alone, I foresee us visiting Nature's Art again soon and will definitely recommend it to family and friends. Can't wait for our next adventure.

Nice pub even though inside a strip mall - the outside is very misleading. Similar to Irish pubs in the Northeast (on the inside)

I've never seen a working piano at a mini golf course until visiting Copper CreekVery inventive! Each hole is themed around a mineral. The shops contain a wide selection of gems and jewerly. The antiques building similarly has a large, 2 story collection where you can get deals on one-of-a-kind items.

I’ve been trying to get to this place since they were offering the free summer CT program but it was already sold out so I decided to bring my daughter yesterday along with my boyfriend. The place was not all that!!! My daughter is only four years old and she was bored. Two or three exhibits were closed due to the pumpkin patch being set up and the splash pad was also closed. This place is definitely overpriced and was not worth $85 for all three of us. I felt like most of the time we were walking trails and there wasn’t anything exciting to see in the trails. If you’re not into dinosaurs, this is not the place to bring your child but they really need to perk this place up. It needs more things to be added. We were highly disappointed and won’t be coming back. I drove an hour as well and there was another family that drove from NY and they felt the same exact way. Definitely an overrated and overpriced place! Wouldn’t recommend.

Great for the free summer program but not worth the 30 dollars a person

There number doesn't work. Tried the summer ct thing and it was just a waist of time. No one knows anything. Couldn't get any help. Don't waist your time. Go to an aquarium

Attended using the free tickets from CT so I only had to pay for 1 $30 adult ticket (we're a family of 5). Overall there was something to do for each of my 3 kids aged 5-10, but this would not nearly be worth the $165 that it would have cost us had we not gotten the tickets thru the state.Pros: had something for each of the kids and the splash pad was large. plenty trails and places for parents to sit and watch the kids play.Cons: have to enter and exit thru the giftshop. splash pad was not much more than your own town pad.normal price would be outrageous for what it is.
