If you want service with a scowl go ahead a stop here, but the Salem Package store down the road and Gardner Lake package store clerics are always extremely polite and helpful. They actually look you in the eyes and talk to you. Much bigger and better selection. Chesterfield is need a drink first thing in the morning kind of place.

This liquor store is optimized for the "I NEED A DRINK RIGHT THIS MINUTE" crowd. Along with the typical beer, wine, and liquor you will find a generous selection of drinking tools including wine openers at the cash wrap, and they will even sell you individual red solo cups for incognito sipping. The storekeeper never broke a smile and seemed more interested in stocking his "nips to go" cooler than taking my money. He did ask me "do you want a bag for that [bottle of wine]." I declined the bag and wondered if he thought I might chug it on the way home. Well, not today, sir. Not today.

went in to buy champagne, lady was extremely rude and said that my ID was invalid when I am 21 and used a valid drivers license. have been here before and never had a bad experience until now. will not be returning, very disappointed.

Have a good selection on wines and beer. Beer always cold. Have cold and warm shots. Chesterfield Liquors isnt closed on Saturday or Sunday Store hours Monday to Saturday 9-9 Sunday 10-5
