5 years ago I bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Yas Appliance, I never had an issue with any of the appliances the time I owned them. I sold my home and the appliances were sold with the house. I have returned to buy a washer, dryer, refrigerator. I look forward to many years of use with these appliances I purchased.Excellent young family man who owns this business. I highly recommend his appliances, service and great fair prices.Especially in this day an age when money does not stretch far enough.

I purchase a washer and dryer over the phone in November. I was a bit apprehensive due to not seeing the items in person however the owner was patient and explained the process to me in detail. The items were delivered without issue.The washer needed repair and was ultimately replaced at no extra charge. The dryer gave errror codes and on each occasion a tech was sent to check out the issue. Ultimately, the dryer was replaced with no extra cost.There were some occasions where there was a wait time to speak with them, however they are a busy small business and did their best to maintain honest communication with me. I appreciate that. I would do business with them again, as they stand on their words and by their appliances.Keep up the good work YAS, CT needs more reputable small business like yours.

I had bought a new washer from a larger company, and due to poor water pressure at my house, I was told I could only use older machine. I called YAS and was not able to get to the store, so he sent me pics and prices, and we agreed on a price with delivery. Within four hours the machine was at my house. I had a problem With a hose leaking after he left, and he turned around and came right back. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a fair deal and great customer service. I was even given a guarantee for a used machine. Nice to work with someone that really tries to help out. Thank you yas

Prices are amazing. Customer service is awesome. The guys who deliver if you choose to have delivery are very nice. They offer warranties on all products. They have the cleanest appliances you can find around for second hand, after searching 5 places for a used washer and dryer second hand, they were all smelly, hairy, dirty and rusty and wanted almost double the amount I got my washer and dryer set for from YAS appliances. They really care about their customers and the products they sell. Everything was super clean in store. You will not regret picking YAS appliances.!

I called YAS Appliances to see if they had a used refrigerator that would work for me in my new storage building. I've never purchased a large item like this over the phone and sight unseen, but I live many miles away from Norwich, CT and didn't want to drive there to look at their inventory. I spoke to Aaron and he couldn't have been any more helpful! He quoted me prices, sent me measurements and texted me pictures of the refrigerators that met my needs. I was shocked when Aaron said that they could deliver it to me that same day. The owner, Stevenson, was the one that brought it to me. Talk about great service! I would highly recommend this store for the purchase of appliances!

Got a fridge from YAS a month or so ago.These folks got it over, into the house and moved the old fridge out, which I would not have been able to do.It needed a recharge of freon and they came over and got it working in less than an hour. Working fine ever since.Happy with the responsiveness of Stephenson and the people at YAS.May go back to getva new washer/dryer when I can afford them.
