This car wash does a great job. I came here on June 10th, 2023 with my aunt to get my uncle's car washed after the rain came down the night before and got all the rain spots off. However, there are things they can improve on such as offering free self-service vacuums and offering free towels for customers to use, but other than that, it’s a very good car wash.

Employees at the Taftville Xtra Mart refused to release a package to me that was delivered by UPS, because I had no bar code or pickup number. They also said that they didn't have it. I called UPS, and Amazon who both stated that only an ID and tracking number were necessary. When I returned to the store they had found the package, but still would not release it.

They refused my service with my service dog. I am a breast cancer patient with a service dog & was told I had to leave or provide my dogs paperwork.

The car wash is nice and the employee is very friendly but the prices are very expensive.When me and my aunt got my uncle's Car washed, the wash left a lot of water spots left. It did get all the dirt off the car but I don’t think it’s the most recommended Car Wash in the Norwich/Taftville area if you like cheaper exterior washes.

Last 18 the phone was busy, is there another number?Update- 13Feb21- phone is up and running.There's a mention of the amazon locker is being up? Not sure, call amazon.com
