Absolutely! The worst post office in Connecticut. The postmaster is an absolute joke and does not control her employees. It's really gone downhill since she's taken over . They make up lies about customers and then refuse to deliver their mail. They scan packages as delivered when they really aren't. Just put on the wrong truck again and not delivered to the right place. HORRIBLE!

Their manager kristen got into a disagreement with our management office at Thamesview and now we have to pick up our packages at post office. Their job to bring packages to our residences. Lying about lights being off etc. have documented all of this disagreement and in detail and will be pushing it up chain until they can solve their issues like adults and deliver packages to the door.

I've seen a bunch of negative reviews, but whoever was there they must have gotten rid of, last time I called I spoke with a very kind man, who was very helpful. He located and mail, and was able to have it sent to the actual Norwich post office for me to pick up personally as I was having 'issues' with my mailbox at the time.Thank you dude! :)

Have had multiple interactions with this location—I’ve been hung up on, not called back as promised, mail lost with no explanation…the list goes on. They don’t listen to your explanation of a situation when you call; their priority is to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. The quote “neither rain, nor snow, nor dark of night…” is long since dead. Inefficient, unreliable, and a sad shadow of a once well-run institution, the US Postal Service.

This has been the absolute worst experience. The people here at the Annex are so rude and nasty. I'm going to try to get the woman's name as soon as possible but I literally had to tell the lady that answered to stop raising her voice at me. You lost my package and have the audacity to catch an attitude with me?? The worst excuse for customer service I've ever seen in my life. They screw up and then lie and say they will call you back and NEVER do. They won't even pass the message to the carrier to check the other parcel lockers when they're the ones who put my package in the wrong one. REPEATEDLY. They don't care and will not help you find your package. The same horrible woman then tried dodging my calls. I called from my boyfriends phone and surprise, she answered right away. And was very flustered because she had been caught. Upper management really needs to re-train or fire people who have no customer service skills and have no business working with the public. I've never been so disgusted be spoken to and treated this way.

This is not a post office. This is a mail processing facility. It has no mail dropboxes, and no customer office windows. But when I stopped by there on a New Year’s Day when regular post office was closed, I was lucky and a kind mailman took my prepaid envelopes from me.

Super disrespectful I don’t know the woman I spoke to but she was so rude and then she hung up on me mid call and now they don’t accept calls from my phone number and she refused to tell me if I had any mail there they’re very disrespectful I can’t believe they work here
