I came in the store around 9:40 a.m.The manager, Hector R. was giving a lecture to all of the employees, calling them rude to customers IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS.
It was highly inappropriate for the manager, Hector, to stand at the jewelry counter and speak loud enough to be heard throughout the whole store, while open to customers. The concerned of the meeting was about reviews. Start better leadership, the coaching habit is a great book to start.
This was an a very uncomfortable shopping experience at minimum.

Whats the point of going to a store to not even be able to try on the handbags because they are chained to the podium on bungey cord like strings? If you really cant sell a 20$ bag w a normal tag instead of bungey cords then why even open your doors? What next metal bars on the doors? Worse than providence or boston or hartford really unnecessary didnt spend a dollar here and wont.

I purchased a bunch of items and the cashier did NOT informed me that there were no bags available until I asked her. Furthermore the cashier got an attitude because I asked for a bag.They can keep their unprofessional attitude/rudeness because I will not be returning to spend my hard earned cash on a place where is lacking customer service
