I dropped a package off here a little less than a week ago. UPS is saying it is not scanned in. I called and the person that picked up said they couldn't help because they are too busy to help me. I asked to talk to the manager Greg and he has ZERO customer service skills. He didn't offer to go look and make sure it didn't get missed he was just insistent its not there because he makes sure there are no packages left at the end of the night. Then I asked about packages dropped off after pickup that day and he backtracked saying "well those packages are there but yours is not". Ah, ok. So he just knows mine isn't there without just taking 3 minutes of his time to check. Lazy. Pure, 100% laziness. Wouldn't even walk over to make sure my package didn't get missed without an argument. Being 14+ years in retail and retail management I am SO curious how this person is a manager at all. Just wanted me to call UPS to file a claim. They won't do anything because even though I have the paperwork saying its dropped off, it is showing it was never scanned in to the system somehow. I will be calling as high up as I can to get this fixed and make sure this lazy manager gets some proper customer service management training he so desperately needs.

I mainly go here to print shipping labels. It’s super convenient that I can print a label and then have it shipped from the same location. Super friendly staff

The greeter in the front of the store was a sweetie and assisted me immediately upon entry. She directed me to the prints section so I can pick up my posters. I stood at the counter for about five minutes listening to the girl behind the counter ask her (I’m assuming) manager for time off work. When she was done with her pleading she came to the counter and stared at me for a few seconds before asking “pick up?” Very disappointed in customer service with printing. I recommend the staples in willimantic.

Great store in prime licarion. Parking was easy as it's located in a partial strip mall style area. Private parking, lanes out front. Store was clean and neat. Staff were very helpful. Like that they iffer the UPS drop off service.

Came in recently to try to get some copies done. 3 people working behind the counter, mostly one person doing the majority of the work while the others were doing almost nothing. Then told it would take about a week to get some plain paper binder copies done? Forget this place, go somewhere else.
