There’s a sign that read, Rest Room customers only but the staff would say out of service. I even show my receipt for Gas and Carwash and still out of service with an attitude. Maybe it was that day, but the Car Wash was great . I would only consider the wash if I return to this shell

Buyer beware: Purchased car wash with under carriage wash, and the under carriage was bone dry. The vacuums don't. Mobile, New London Tpke, works well.

This gas station now charges an extra 10 cents/gal for credit card transactions, when up until recently it did not. I will not come here any more.

The Shell gas station on West main Street in Norwich consistently litters. I have many pictures if anybody wants to contact me I will show you the pictures. I have talked to the people at the gas station on several occasions they do not do their job and clean up

There's an older woman that works there that was selling fireworks to underage kids and they were lighting them right on the side in the handicap spot. I went up to these kids to stop and I asked them how old they were and the oldest one was 15.. they all bought cigarettes from this lady. I went in and told the lady and she told me to go somewhere else and wouldn't sell me a soda because I complained about her selling cigarettes and fireworks to under age kids..
