It was the worst unit I have ever brought.it also must have been in a flood.lots of dead animals in the unit.So gross.For the money we payed it was a total loss.not sure if anyone ever goes to that property and checks on things.you can see the water lines from the flooding.kim fister

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in my life... The people who talk to you on the phone are very nice people I'll give them that but the company could care less about you. Every time I go there...there seems to be a problem. The first time I went there my Dads vehicle and trailer were filled and it was pouring down rain...the gate was broken so we couldn't get in...had to come back another day...then I had to deal with sharing my unit with a family of mice...who chewed through a bottle of gloss, some clothes, and decorations...got stuff everywhere...now today, I go there to try to get my stuff out and there's an extra lock on my unit even though I paid them this month...When I called they said they have no one there to take my call...almost $190 a month for this headache every time. Not worth the money at all go somewhere else trust me... I would of moved out sooner if I could have...talked to a manager about this but even THEY don't have enough power to do anything to take care of the customer...renters beware!!!

I've had so many problems with this place it's not even funny. Between the gate code not working, to the latches being rusted, and mice chewing up decor and a bottle of gesso gloss which leaked all over the floor...told them about the mice issue twice and haven't seen any kind of resolution... paying $152 a month to rent a small storage unit with a bunch of mice...company did NOT offer me anything off my next months rent and said I could fill out an insurance claim... great let me work to get my $25 bottle replaced...
The only good thing is most of the customer service people are very nice on the phone however, they have no power to make decisions to please the customers unless the day manager is there to approve... which they RARELY do... I do NOT feel valued and plan to get my stuff out ASAP...

Representative was very nasty, her tone, her choice of words were past disrespectful and should not be employed by the worse company. If this company offers any customer service training she can definitely benefit from it. Where is management?? She went as far to lie and say she was escalating the call to a supervisor and then said call back during the week as there are no supervisors available on the weekend.. This company needs to do better respecting paying customers point blank..

Rented for a few months. For starters, my unit wasnt available on the move in date, so a sat on hold on the phone for about an hour. I went to the unit on another day to drop more off. When i arrived my passcode wouldnt work for the gate. Sat on the phone again for 45 mins. I attempted to go to my unit on another day to retrieve something out of the unit. Couldn't get into the gate again. Called and was on hold for an hour only to be told the gate was down and to come by another day. Fast forward about a month, again gate code wouldnt work. Called and sat on hold for an hour. This time wheb I opened my unit and I noticed it had been ransacked by mice or rats. My box spring was destroyed and lost about 2000 worth of items. Please stay away from here. There are no employees on site its all contracted out.

It's run down and unmanaged. It actually looks like it's abandoned and it doesn't give me that comfortable feeling having my things stored there even though there's cameras.
