“My storage units act as my garage and they're just as convenient as having one. It's like my own personal garage with a hardware store attached. The combination allows easy access and great time savings. The place is always clean, well lit and the temperature control has multiple benefits. However this review is for the staff members in all the Hardware stores and especially in the Norwich home Office. Pleasant, bright, attentive and real people, not just employees. All these attributes are hard to find in this world; so, I value them greatly. Really good people. Thanks, Andy”

“Location is tucked off the road by some unused old mills making it a bit on the unapproachable side but the facilities are nice on the inside. Shawna on site was very helpful and friendly and Rose on their phone lines was helpful. So far the service seems straight forward, clean and effective but I will update if I find anything otherwise!”
