I would give zero if it allowed! But it is not an option for consumers.\nI took my daughters car there for 4 tires mount, balance and alignment. They mount and balanced tires but would not preform the alignment stating car needed a ball joint. Wanted to schedule for work to be done. We took car to another mechanic who said ball joints were fine. 2 weeks later a second shop looked at shop while doing oil change, also said ball joint were fine. Brakes were then done, again ball joints still fine. Within 3 months of initial work, rear tires were bald. Had to buy 2 new tires, took it back to this garage for mount, Balance and insisted alignment. To which they said they could do. I asked for inspection of car to see what caused tires to wear they stated nothing seemed out of ordinary. When I went to pick up car to pay the $153bill was told they had to replace 4 studs because they were cross threaded and each stud took an hour to replace at $130hr. I refused to pay because we were never called, not informed of any issues, and work was preformed without my consent. Owner asked \

July had my SUV looked at , was supposed to be a diagnosis and during it the mechanic broke the part worse to were a 739.00 bill was produced and I had to wait untill November for a rebate check and added social security money that I couldn't afford and the mechanic supposedly quite to work mc Donald's ya right and 3 days after the reai check engine light back on and the owner is absolutely rude and took pictures and video. I don't recommend them

I have a 2004 Dodge Dakota John and his crew had to install a heater core I understood that they had to take the entire interior out but his price was still sensible unfortunately a month later the heater core started leaking again John had me bring it in you put a brand new heater core in it again at no charge at all I would definitely use John for all my Automotive needsServices: Steering/Suspension
