420 A New London Turnpike, NorwichOver the last several years I've brought in a couple of dogs. Currently just brought in my rehomed labradoodle. They did a terrific job. Her coat was so soft and she smelled great. They were great to deal with.

Pet Care
Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital
177 Otrobando Ave #2171, NorwichThis past week, we were faced with the failing health of our beloved 18-year-old Kitty. After 2 failed attempts at finding a veterinarian to see her, we reached out to the Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital. From our first contact with Katie at the front desk, the staff was marvelous. They were able to see us within the hour. It became evident it was appropriate to help Kitty end her struggle. They were all so compassionate, professional, and considerate. They made one of the worst days of our lives palatable. Can't recommend more completely. Thank you Mike and Barbara Heyl

All Friends Animal Hospital
420 New London Turnpike, NorwichThis is definitely the go to Vet. Staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgable. They show concern for the pet and owner. Reason for the 4 star rating is they are not totally digitally though they present to be. They provide an email address on the site, no acknowledgment to mail sent. Never know if mail is being received or responded to. Online appointment schedule request needs attention in mobile responses. Outside of learning the digital world, pet care is utmost.

Norwichtown Pet Resort & Spa
763 Scotland Rd, NorwichHad to leave my labradoodle for five days to attend an out of state wedding. I paid for additional services. I picked up Bella and she was happy, healthy and fresh smelling. The staff were helpful and answered any questions. I certainly would use their services again and may look into some of the other things they provide.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
Brick & Basil Wood Fired Pizza Co.
270 W Town St, NorwichThese guys were operating out of a food truck in the parking lot next to their building and it was the perfect low key dinner. Their pizzas are delicious! We got a half and half cheese and pepperoni and then a cheeseburger pizza and both were amazing and surprisingly filling for 2 of us and our 5 year old. They also serve local soda and the food came out quickly.

Johnny's Clam Shack (Open for the season April 12th, 2024)
184 N Main St, NorwichWe have been trying to eat here for a couple of years but couldn’t seem to be in Norwich at the right time to find it open. That changed today! The young lady taking our order was very patient with the 6 of us, who were all bordering on hangry. She got our BIG order correct & even delivered it to our table! I appreciated that the platters didn’t automatically come with fries because we’d all rather fill up on seafood, onion rings & hush puppies. All of the seafood (and I think we had it all) was well cooked & delicious. Self serve tarter sauce was a nice touch. The real surprise were the hush puppies - Light & fluffy with niblets inside made for a super yummy bite. Will definitely be back.
