Owner and Cashier are very helpful and polite. They both will help you find what you need. There needs to be more stores that are like this. They don't hassle you when bringing back bottle deposits either. Awesomeness!

Upon entering the package store, my husband asked if they took returnables. Which were cleaned and washed out. She glanced at us and said no and yet charged the return deposit on my 6 pack. I won't be returning to that package store.

PK's is a pretty good liquor store. There must be 4 or 5 liquor stores in the vicinity ( 1 to 2 miles ) of the east side of Norwich. So, what makes PK's different are the suggestions the ladies who work there offer. It's not easy to get suggestions from owners who don't sample their products, which is by no means reason to not patronize those, perhaps you get the same thing every time, perhaps they're friendly with you & you'vebeengoing to them for years. However, sometimes I want to know what's new and whether they have something different I might like & based on my previous purchases.At PK's, the lady knew I liked IPAs, and at the register, she asked if I had seen the new 12 packs from a New York brewery? I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the suggestion. And that's different for East Side liquor stores.
