I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had at Nissan of Norwich yesterday when I went to buy out the lease on my 2021 Nissan Rogue. Both Joe and Chris were genuine, warm and friendly. They clearly explained the process and answered all of my questions. Buying a car can be stressful, but I can honestly say that my experience yesterday was the complete opposite. I can’t recommend them enough and I absolutely will return to them in the future!

What an amazing experience from beginning to end. I made the trip here from NY and it was worth it. The price discussed over the phone was honored in person which i very much appreciate. There was no switch and bait here. The service provided by the sales manager Bob, online sales Amanda and finance manager Chris was spectacular. Chris disclosed all charges and went over the itemized breakdown which many dealers in NY do not do. This will be my go to dealership going fwd and i will surely recommend to family and friends. If you are in Connecticut definitely support this dealership as they do things the right way

Went in intending to buy a new Altima and did just that. The trade offer was exactly as expected and they honored the advertised internet rebates and price. Salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all very personable and professional. Will recommend!

I recently bought a used vehicle, they were very eager to please and corrected everything that I asked them to correct before I drove off the lot, Cletus was funny and very helpful with the financial aspect of it he was very professional! I’m always apprehensive about dealing with car dealerships but this one was a pleasure to purchase from!

I have never been here before yesterday but they did an amazing job. Needed an oil change and inspection and they did a great job and even washed my car. It was a Ford but they had no hesitation working on it. Wait time was standard for dealerships. Took about an hour and a half. The service department was extremely friendly and helpful and the price for an oil change is really hard to beat in the area. A+ very pleased.

Great experience purchasing a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum at Nissan of Norwich. Joe the salesperson was very helpful. I had a price target in mind on the exact model and color we wanted and worked with Joe to land on a final OTD price. Test drove the car that night and picked it up the next day. Joe spent a couple hours reviewing all the bells and whistles with us, and called up after we took delivery to make sure we were having a great experience. Thanks Joe and Nissan of Norwich!

After airbag inspection, No repair required. Assistant Svc Mgr washed the truck- pleasant and efficient will be getting recommended work done there.
