So, last night I called 30 minutes before closing and I was told I'd have to come to the store for a new sim for what I wanted to do.
I said I was going to try and make it.
I show up to the door exactly 8 minutes before closing and it's locked, lights are on but 'nobody was there', I tried knocking, calling.
Terrible customer service, and a waste of time. ?

I already have phone service from metro, I went in today to get the home wifi device for 49 with first month free deal, and inquire about phone upgrades. The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services and devices... Highly recommend this location...

We bought a new phone from the Putnam location and it stopped working within 2 weeks, we went back and was told nothing they can do and to try to contact the manufacturer! I was then told that some give out loner phones and called back Putnam and they said nope never heard of it, so I called this location not only were we offered a loner but Ray ordered us a new phone right away! Definitely would recommend this location over any especially the Putnam location! We were about to change providers but thanks to Ray we are staying, Can’t tell you how happy I am with this store and it’s customer service!!!

I usually don't go to this location, but I was right there and needed to pay my bill, so I went on in.Taylor was nice, helpful and professional for our entire interaction. It was refreshing to great customer service!! Also, the store smelled AMAZING and was very clean.I'll be back to this location more ?

I came in because I was having a peculiar issue with a Oneplus Nord N10 that I had purchased and activated myself. In no more than half an hour, they sent me on my way with a new SIM card and no more phone issues. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and so I give them a well earned 5 out of 5.

I bought a device went to have number changed over in store i was told it was not compatiable even though customer service moved my number over no problem. Used the device from feb to june my bill was paid june 4th on the 14th i woke up to my number being cancelled and spent 5 hr on thw phone with customer service. Was told to go in store bc they couldnt help me (mind you this was speaking to a manager on the customer service line). On store i was told to call customer service. So I am still waiting to figure out the issues and how my phone is no longer compatible and why and how was my number cancelled with out my knowledge. Also my phone is compatible with tmobil but not metro with tmobil...I am now back to using my old broken device...when i have a brand new one that no one will help me with

Asked if my phone was 5g compatible. Was told yes. Bought said phone. NO 5G! Called store where I bought it and was told sorry no exchanges or refunds. So zero stars if I could. Do better Metro!

Went in to help my roommate choose which phone to upgrade to and the employees were friendly and had the phone all set up and us out the door within twenty minutes. They've got a good selection of phones and cases, along with a few options for smart devices
