I recently purchased a love seat and recliner. I really wanted to love the recliner but it just wasn't for me. I went in and explained the situation as I didn't find the recliner to be back supportive. Murray was the best. He gave me the time I needed to make up my mind. I was able to return the one I had and choose another for an extra few dollars. They are the nicest people and I look forward to other purchases in the future. the men that delivered were so friendly and the exchange was quick... A very pleasant shopping expreience.

Went hwre to look at mattresses and we were helped by a very knowledgeable man who encouraged us to try out all the mattresses before we made a decision. So helpful and accomodating. We will shop here again!

I've edited out my old review because I don't wish to carry that grudge of when the older man humiliated a government worker for something I didn't do. He still hasn't apologized, so my review still stands. You just can't act like that to people and get away with it, I don't care who you are.

My wife and I received excellent guidance and service from Murray; he worked with us and even when I debated about changing from a delivered chair to another he bent over backwards to resolve my situation. Also, he is an affable man, easy to talk to and willing to help in every way.

I was looking online for a lift chair for my mother-in-law. I live in PA and she in CT. My wife told me to try and purchase local if possible. I contacted Murry at the Leader Stores. He beat the lowest price I could find online and also free delivery and set up. Amazing customer service. Would certainly use them again. Highly recommend.

I've never been more embarrassed on the job as I was today. For 7 months I have appreciated being able to use their restroom as I have been paralyzed twice and there are very few restrooms available on Central Ave. Today, the older gentleman working pulled me into their bathroom literally to rub my nose in someone else's mess that was made. I had noticed this over the last several months but didn't feel it was my place to point it out because I've lived with a partially blind person (there is a man on staff that can't see well, often thinks I'm a customer even when I'm in uniform) and I know what comes with the territory. Today, in front of multiple people, I was blamed for it. I will not step foot in this store again until I get an apology. That is not how you treat a disabled person or a postal worker who takes care of you daily.I'm hoping to speak to the normal manager to clear this up because up to this point, I really appreciated their generosity. Right now, I'm completely embarrassed and harassed for something I didn't do.I would have understood talking privately about a concern but this was with multiple people present on the floor, and with the doors wide open to the public. Thankfully the delivery drivers defended me, because they've noticed the same things I have.Update: I've spoken to the man who has been the most cordial over the last several months and he said he can't do anything because it was the owner who did all these unprofessional things earlier. It is up to him to make this right, until then, I'm confident that this issue he accused me of will continue without my presence.
