What a service repair team!!!
Professional and excellent service.
My car was done in one day time.
They diagnosed the issue in which to replace the high pressure fuel pump.
My car is back up and running like a champ.

Misdiagnosed the problem from the start after I explained to them what I needed. After spending $1300 and still not completed, I decided to take the part which I had purchased home with me and installed it myself. It only sat for 2 weeks fully paid for on their lot. The receptionist was nice. Avoid This business.

Mark took multiple days for a 3 hour repair and failed to communicate that there were any obstacles until I showed up after 7 hours and was then asked to leave my vehicle overnight. Same situation on day 2. During pickup the owner/mechanic left a razor blade in the vehicle and made jokes about doing drugs when it was brought up. The shop's paperwork was left in my vehicle. The clips for my center console were damaged because the parts were screwed in before being lined up, and my charging cover was missing. The vehicle itself seems to have lost acceleration and overall performance because "fuses were blown twice". The problem with my ac was Never Fixed and I now have more issues with the settings than when I arrived.*** They lost my confidence after the first day of poor communication and lack of professionalism. I absolutely WOULDN'T RECOMMEND to others. Mechanic also argued with the receptionist in front of myself and others. Thre checkout was $60 more than the original quote because of how long everything took, and the problem immediately came back/wasn't resolved. Do NOT go here unless you want to pay for disappointment. I immediately scheduled my vehicle to visit a local subaru dealership to check how much damage was done by this shop.

I brought the car to this garage because they recommended it to me, my car had a damaged power steering pump, the front and rear rotors including the brake parts, I left it in the morning before going to work and in the afternoon My car was ready, my car was new again, tremendous service and they are the toughest in the Norwich area, above all very professional in everything they do, if you are looking for a cheap and good place to fix your car this place is the one indicated, 100% recommended..

This shop just didn't really meet my expectations for good customer service. The staff and mechanics are very attentive and work hard. Mark seems to be a good mechanic and they are very reasonably priced. My issues are that i took a truck there for a few issues where my breaks were my main concern along with a check engine light. Well once they did all the work and i picked my truck the check engine light was still on and then my brakes were still doing the same thing i brought it in for.
I recently brought in my car that had a transmission code and they got me in and quickly diagnosed the issue and did the repair. I paid my 900 dollars and picked up the car. The only problem is again this car had the check engine light on. I immediately drove it back and they looked at and cleared the code. I then re drove it home and the car drovs even worse and the check engine light came back on. I brought it back and they looked at it and then told md everything was good. Again my check engine light was on when i turned my car on and they said my car just needed to be ran a lot. So i did this and ive never been so scared to drive my car to the point mg my car was seriously not driving right.
My issue is ive brought two vehicles to them and both times ive picked up it seems like nothing was fixed.
I will say that those issues made me not feel great about returning to have them fix my cars but i do think they would fix it if i told them. Im frustrated by this service but the staff has always been helpful.

Oh yes good service there at Lauryn Hill Automotive had me stuck there for a minute and then all of a sudden I said whoa let me call these people up and see if they can fix my car and sure enough had me back on the road in less than the time they said it'd be done so all together it was an experience that had to be taken care of with my car that they were there to assist help me out in it save me money and also very polite very good work Lauryn Hill appreciate it got me back on the road again made it back home to Maine for all you people out there who need their car fixed and the time of need go to Lauryn Hill Lauryn Hill at the top see you there drive safe
