The employee working in the fabric section was extremely rude. It's no wonder Joanne's is struggling when they have employees that treat paying customers like that. How hard is it to cut a bolt of fabric? Especially when it's your job. The cashier was extremely nice and helpful.

This store has just about everything you need to do all kinds of crafts. They are having a sale now and the staff are so kind and helpful.

The bathroom at Joann's is absolutely disgusting and trashy. This is beyond dive bar, and worse than a construction site Portajohn. This whole store has the ick because if they treat the bathroom with such a lack of cleanliness what else is being left to fester?The "have an awesome day" sign is a pleasent touch.

This is the worst Joanne store I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works there has an attitude and is also incompetent. Line is always very long and all three cashiers are usually working on one register if there is ever an issue. Why can’t anyone resolve issues independently here? Bad training? Bad choices on who to hire? I can’t tell but don’t shop here unless you are prepared to leave annoyed and ripped off by their bad policies.

I came in the store to get some supplies as I do every month. I seems every time I go into this store. I have a horrible experience the manager ibelieve her name is Amy.She always seems to have a nasty attitude and never really helpful today I asked for some Some help finding a certain kind of fabric possibly online. She said she could not help me And proceeded to walk away. I said wait i still need some help cutting the fabric that I did find please.She huffed and came over and said how much. I said I'm not sure I'll just eye ball it. Amy then said we need exact measurements in order to cut. I have been to many Joann fabrics eye balling has never been problem before. Amy huffed again cut to where I needed it to hand in me the fabric and walked away. I did need one more cut but I just put it back I get up to the register where Mary is waiting to ring me out and had a lot to say so much that she formed a longer line behind me and held my receipt much too long to continue her conversation. The people behind me were noticeably angry. I am very tired of having this experience as is the only Joann fabrics in my area. I think I'll just buy my things on Amazon as everyone else has done since it seems that customer service is no longer a priority at Joann fabrics. October 3 2023.

We should all get together and cancel this store for its absolutely disgusting management and its stereotypical attitude towards its employees. I can't imagine working there with that management. A person with that nasty of an attitude can't possibly live a good life. I feel sorry for anyone who steps foot into that store and definitely anyone who works with Hitler as their manager.
