I'm not sure how best to describe these guys...I think 'miracle workers' would do the job though! With a compromised macbook laptop that contained a decades worth of pictures, videos, and memories that NOBODY wanted to touch...not the big box stores, not even Apple itself...Johnny and the team worked their magic, recovered the hard drive and gave us the Christmas miracle we needed! Prompt service, excellent communication, and most importantly of all...Honest!

Best phone and electronics repair around! Lovely customer service and super quick. I called many other places in the area, and they quoted me outrageous prices or never called me back at all. Andy and his colleagues were very understanding, and provided me with a reasonable price to fix my destroyed phone screen. I will be back if I need any of my other devices worked on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10!!

Great for us techy challenged seniors. Andy was great in helping me backup my phone to avoid losing vital data- not only did he help me but he taught me how to do it. He also advised me on my options for my laptop repair/ replacement.It’s refreshing to find honest, professionals who treat you with respect and have integrity.

My iPhone 6S battery wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. I brought it to Andy and he tested the phone and replaced the battery right in front of me! I always knew what work he did to the phone. He cleaned it up too! I would highly recommend Andy for all your technical needs.

Andy is amazing! He fixed the screen on my boyfriend’s iPhone 11 in about 25 minutes and did right in front of us. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions on the spot. Highly recommend to anyone needing electronics repaired.

Andy and the staff recovered data from my old phone (an iPhone 12 mini) that was broken, to my new phone (a 13 mini). I highly recommend HeyiRepair, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and patient. I would definitely go to them again.

I'm super happy with the service and quality of repair from "Hey iRepair". After my son dropped my iPad Pro and shattered the screen I thought all was lost. Apple wanted $650 to repair it, which was nearly what it was worth and while I considered paying it, I'm glad I looked up alternative repairs. Hey iRepair did such a great job repairing it that I can hardly believe it's still the same deviced. The screen was so damaged that shards of glass were falling off it, and the metal frame was bent. Jia helped me order a premium screen for hundreds less than the Apple repair and a week later I was up and running like it never happened. Definitely going back (if I ever drop it again...). Thanks guys!

We were here for a iPhone 12 mini that suddenly wouldn’t hold a charge or stay on for more than 2 minutes. Andy and the whole staff are knowledgeable and fair. Would return in a minute or recommend to a friend. This is a great place to get help for a broken phone. They know what they are doing.

If you need your phone fixed in any way: GO HERE!The staff are exceptional. Very skilled and very kind.Unlike other phone repair companies, these guys go above and beyond for EVERY customer.I went in for a simple screen fix and was guided through the entire process (in terms I could understand) and it was done in 15 minutes! No one else does it like these guys, you just can't beat this business.

Andy is aces. I brought my iPhone 11 in today to have the screen replaced and charging port fixed. Andy not only discovered that I didn’t need a new charging port and only needed to clean the current port. He replaced the screen in front of me and showed me every step. Very honest, helpful, and kind. I have already recommended this business to coworkers and family. Highly recommend!

I was genuinely trying to get some information on fixing a cracked phone screen, as I have no understanding on what can be fixed and what general price range is to be expected. After explaining the issue and being told it was fixable, I asked about the general price range. (Trying to decide it it makes sense to fix my phone or buy a new one) Unfortunately, the person on the phone changed his tone, said there was no way he could know without holding the phone in his hand, and started by "quoting" me a price almost 3x higher than the competitor I called next volunteered.Response to reply: I absolutely understand the exact type of phone would make a difference and not being able to provide the full phone name (only state Google Pixel 4 instead of 4a) would make it impossible to give an exact quote. The first price mentioned to me was $400 (before the $200-$600 range was offered) and was not communicated with the great customer service the other reviews communicate is routine at your establishment. We must have just had a misunderstanding in communication.

I’m very happy with the service. They are very nice and honest about their service. They fixed the problem I had with my phone and gave me advice. Nowadays is hard to find honest people doing business, specially with electronics. This single mom rushing to get to a facebook marketplace deal on time utilized iRepair for a uhaul rental. Staff was courteous and accommodating when they could tell I was in a rush. They still covered all the information without speeding through so I wasn't overwhelmed. They did the same thing upon my return because I was still running behind to get home! Their efficiency is so appreciated I will definetly be back. Cant thank them enough for helping me pull that off.
