This place is very clean. You can go to their website and hold your spot but I've never had to wait long. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them.

We walked in without an appointment and had immediate attention from the staff. Everyone we interacted with were professional and kind. There was only one practitioner on staff at the time so there was a small wait, but it wasn't an issue at all.

Echoing what other commenters have said, the staff at the walk-in are friendly, professional and efficient. The one-star is soley for my billing experience.At my last appointment, I asked what the balance was when I was checking out. I was told that the clinic already had my card on file from a previous visit and assured me that any balance would be processed through that card; *there was nothing else I had to do.*10 days later I received a text saying that I had a balance due. A day after that, I received an email, also stating that I had a balance due. Figuring I had misunderstood (I was very sick at my visit but in hindsight should have called), I paid via the link. Checked my card to make sure the payment went through and saw two identical charges. So I called and the staff confirmed that I had paid twice, but that I had to wait for the money to actually be deposited in their account to be issued a refund (another 10 days). I can swing that, but there was a time in my life where the loss of that money would have been absolutely devastating.Even after this phone call, I've continued to receive texts and today received a *physical bill in the mail for the same bill* (which again, was paid weeks ago). This is very concerning. There could be elderly, busy working parents (hello) and other vulnerable people who are overpaying because of your own accounting issues. It's completely not OK.Update: It's now nearly a month later; three phone calls and I still don't have a refund (even though I'm assured each time I call that it's being processed) and the location I visited is not even available on the form I was asked to use. I now actually do need those funds to pay another medical bill. Unreal.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and efficient. They took the time to hear everything I had to say and to comfort my daughter who was nervous to be there. Everything was clean and neat. Also, the hours were VERY helpful, as everything nearer to us had closed already. The online feature of reserving a slot and filling things out before getting there saved us a LOT of time. Very good experience.
